Returns of Personalized Items-
Returns are not accepted on personalized items. Each item is made to order. However, if you receive an item and I have misspelled the name due to OUR error I will be happy to fix/replace your item. If the item has been personalized exactly as the customer has indicated but the customer spelled the name wrong, the customer will be responsible for all charges related to fixing the item and shipping costs to return and re-send the item.
Please review your customization requests carefully. Personalization will be done exactly as written out by you in the order.

Conditions of return on non-custom products-
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Cancellation requests are generally not honored as we begin processing orders immediately. Order cancellations are handled case by case, but generally we are not able to make changes from the original order. With such a fast turnaround time, production on your item could begin the minute that we receive your order... therefore cancelations are not accepted.
Shipping on Personalized Items-
On MOST in stock items, your order will ship within 3-5 business days of your purchase. If you need your order by a certain date, please make us aware of this by including it in the notes section at checkout.
We process your order in the order it is received. We strive to complete your custom embroidery/monogram within 3 days and ship the following day. Depending on volume of orders, it may take 5-7 days for custom orders. In the event an order will take longer, customers are notified via email.

We ship using USPS and occasionally Fedex (for large heavy packages). All items come with tracking information. All USPS packages are shipped priority mail. All packages come with tracking and insurance of up to $50. If you need additional insurance for an order, please contact Lesa (email@example.com) prior to shipping and we can set up a listing for additional insurance.
We will PROVIDE the tracking number in an email you supplied at checkout once shipped. If your item is shipped with priority mail and the item arrives damaged or broken, then you must file an insurance claim through the USPS. You need to contact them immediately to start your claim. If an item is marked delivered and you did not receive it then it is imperative that you contact me and the delivery service (typically USPS) immediately. The postal deliver will likely be able to give more details as to where the package was left if they are contacted quickly. PLEASE be sure your shipping address is correct. I am obligated to use the address on the order and cannot be held responsible for shipping to the wrong address if it hasn't been changed by you. I don't have a way of changing the address once the item has been shipped and cannot replace the item. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to your error.
In case an incomplete or wrong address is given and the package is returned to me, I will have to send an invoice for the cost of postage to re-ship the package to you. I will re-send your package once it is paid and you have provided the correct address.
Unfortunately, USPS does not 'guarantee' delivery time, except for Express service. While most orders take 2-4 days to arrive once shipped, there have been occasions when the shipping time is longer.
